One Step Forward

Rory has had enough of what life has to offer. He works a meaningless job to fend off the crippling debt the rest of the world told him he was supposed to embrace. He's finally worked up the courage to jump off the side of a building when he has a run-in with some kind of supernatural force... that simply won't let him die. Now Rory finds himself at the center of warring groups possessing their own supernatural abilities - and they're targeting him of all people.
