Dr. Elliot Voss lost his medical license after a patient killed himself during a therapy session Elliot designed. Broke, divorced, and running out of reasons to answer the phone, he inherits the one thing no one wants — Harrowgate Parlor, a decommissioned Victorian asylum condemned for over fifty years. The building has rules. Sealed rooms only open between midnight and four AM. Once you enter, the door locks behind you. Survive what's inside, and the room gives you something — an ability called a Sequence. Enhanced perception. Healing. Memory access. Each one useful. Each one irreversible. Each one takes something from you that you don't get back. Elliot isn't alone. Nora has been inside for six months, running on three Sequences and zero sleep. The Warden sits in the central parlor like he's been there forever, offering advice that's always technically true and never quite safe. And somewhere in the upper floors, messages are scratched into doorframes — in Elliot's handwriting, dated years before he arrived. Seven floors. Nine Sequences. One question he can't stop asking: What if the building isn't haunted — what if he is? A psychological horror novel about a man who enters an asylum to find answers and discovers that every door he opens leads further into himself. Updates regularly.
