X I O M A R A

In the aftermath of a bloody war between two rival dragon clans, Xiomara lives in an isolated valley with her younger sister, Liwen. But when a band of human mercenaries abduct Liwen and leave Xiomara for dead, the outcast dragon embarks on a perilous journey to rescue her. Along the way, she reluctantly recruits Aguara Guazu, a troubled young human hellbent on getting revenge on the same mercenaries who ruined their life... This story is set in an alternate timeline where dragons are very real and live in the same world we do. Think Wings of Fire meets The Revenant, with the setting being 1890's Chile.  Note: This is a 1st rough draft that is currently in development.
