Ever since the Hell Impact invasion, the world has been infested by demons, hideous creatures that burst through interdimensional portals seeking souls to devour. Many great fighters have taken to hunting them down. One such demon hunter is Katie Helga Vladimir, a twenty year old Fennec fox equipped with the Pandora MK-15, a briefcase hiding a vast arsenal of destructive weapons. Syrie Siren, a shapeshifting monster who raised her since she was young, is the reason why she fights. After a chance encounter with the daughter of the infamous Vuris family, Katie is slowly forced to reevaluate her relationship with Syrie and perspective on the world. Duty. Kinship. Justice. Katie will face trials that shake her to her very core! - Demon Hunter Katie is a battle shonen inspired fantasy series featuring anthropomorphic characters. It will be split into seven stories and five interludes, meant to be read sequentially. - The characters and setting were originally created by @InklessBrush on X and used with their permission. They created the cover art as well! Do note that Demon Hunter Katie takes place in an alternate continuity to their own, so don't bug them about anything here unless it specifically appears in their work. - The "Sexual Content" in the content warning consists mostly of innuendo, jokes, and suggestive descriptions. No explicit nudity or sex scenes will be present in this work. Nevertheless, this series is not recommended for children. - I'm just a hobbyist, so expect infrequent updates.
