Rewrite/Reframe/Improvement of a prior story. From the ground up.Kevin is a bard. He's not a bard who does some things and plays music, incidentally. He's a musician, a drummer, who happens to do some other things while drumming. As ANY good bard, he's a support character. But he's the main support character with his own, rather idiosyncratic, sound and rhythm focused point of view. Do you want the guy who slays the dragon with the sword? Not Kevin. Do you want the guy who builds the battlefield conditions that let the hero win? That's Kevin. Slow burn, especially the early chapters.This is the story I meant to tell the first time. Hopefully, now, 5 years later, I'm a better writer, and better able to keep on track. Yes, I use AI tools for editing, because I'm in the software industry and everyone uses the new tools.
