Reborn into the Hidden Leaf during the bloody Third Great Ninja War, Dongye Zhen isn't interested in the "Will of Fire" or becoming the next Hokage. To him, Chakra is a science, and survival is a calculation. While his peers struggle with long hand-seals and loud proclamations of destiny, Zhen refines the unseen. From a commoner family with no bloodline to rely on, he masters the nature of the elements themselves. Why weave twelve seals when a single, invisible blade of wind can end the fight before it begins? From guiding a young Uchiha Shisui to unintended awakenings, to evading the watchful eyes of the Yellow Flash, Zhen’s path is one of silent progression. In a world of gods and monsters, the most dangerous man is the one who refuses to play by the rules of fate. Keywords: Rational Protagonist, Ninjutsu Innovation, Third Shinobi War, Slow-burn Progression.
