Johann, Luther, and Gerald were the three pillars of their continent—until they met a fate worse than death. Waking up in the bodies of their younger selves, the Emperor, the Grand Admiral, and the Grand General find themselves stranded in a "civilized" modern world defined by the very chaos Johann once fought to erase. ​Johann craves a peaceful life, but in a world devoid of true order, he is forced to make a choice: remain a ghost of the past, or prove that even without a throne, an Emperor is still an Emperor.
