SIF68 thought cutting out the Foremen would slow things down. It didn’t. New Delwick may not have changed, but It adapted. What looked like a single operation turned out to be a seam—one thread in a network that didn’t start there, and doesn’t end there. Goods move. People disappear. Weapons surface where they shouldn’t. And somewhere in between, someone is making it all fit together. Across ports, rail yards, and backroom deals where east meets west and no one asks questions that matter. Every step pulls something loose. Every answer points somewhere worse. One doesn’t dismantle something like this in one hit. They pull the thread— —and hope it unravels before it pulls them in.
