The soldier in the darkness

Harry is a police officer with a wife and children—a family he loves… but is slowly losing. Not because of a lack of affection, but because of his secret addiction: stealing. What begins as a controlled impulse becomes his refuge, his escape. Each theft also steals his time, his presence… and eventually, his own family. One night, during what he considers “just another job,” he is discovered by an old man. Before he can react, everything goes black. When he wakes up, he is no longer on Earth.
