They are the Lost Boys: tactical "operators" who look like children but fight with the cold, seasoned precision of century-old veterans. Led by the enigmatic and lethal Peter Pan, they execute a daring, high-altitude heist on Rig 4, a fortress of "Logic-tech" anchored in the storm-tossed Atlantic. Their target: the TKB Shard, an artifact capable of breaking the Queen’s digital stranglehold on the world. But as the smoke clears and the bodies of LGI’s "White Armor" security teams are recovered, a terrifying truth emerges. Forensics confirm the "insurgents" are a match for a group of children who vanished without a trace in 1976.
