Building the Collateral - A Lancer Planetary Governor SI

Being reborn in an TTRPG setting known for ace mech pilots would probably involve becoming one. Unfortunately, I didn't get that opportunity.Instead, I got sandbagged with looking like the typical BBEG opposition Lancers would fight against. Oh dear.
