Kijin: Neo Haikyo Japan — The Age of Ascension

The day the temples rose from the lakes, Japan died—and the world turned its back on us. From those ancient ruins came nightmares out of myth—creatures that devoured an entire nation in a matter of days. Cut off from the rest of the world, the survivors were forced to evolve… or be erased. That was when the Kijin were born—warriors who manifest their very soul as weapons to fight back against the impossible. Among them stands a young man with a power no one understands. A brutal force capable of crushing even gods with his bare hands. But he does not fight for glory. He fights to hunt down the calamity that killed his brother… and condemned his country to ruin.
