Young Takeshi Sato is an 18-year-old shut-in and gamer, still living with his parents in the Itabashi district and not yet enrolled in any university. His family is tied to a legend about an ancient shadow demon named Kagezume, who was deceitfully sealed within battle-forged blades. After his allies fall somewhere between hero and villain, Takeshi swears to change the world. Will he be able to awaken the power of the ancient demon within himself and transform this rotten society?
