A Wandering Kyber

A Wandering Kyber Sir Ethan Darkyber was born to a House forged for one purpose: to protect the royal blood at any cost.   After daring to act on his own will, he is exiled by his own brother—the head of their House—and forbidden from ever returning to the royal city.   His punishment is a long-enduring tradition:   A Life’s Wandering. To forsake his name, status, and titles, and travel the realms of the once-united continent of Opielia. To serve wherever he is needed –-– and atone through action. But Ethan will not walk this path alone.   By order of his House, he must take his nephew—the young Brak Darkyber—as his squire and ward.   Together, they will face bandits, pirates, rebels, and beasts. But the greatest danger will not come at the end of a blade— It will come from what Ethan shapes the boy into.   ----   This story features multiple POVs and a rich original world.
