Godblood

Alex Carter is just a regular high school student trying to get through lunch — until a rift tears open in the middle of his school and something ancient and monstrous crawls through it. What's worse? He feels drawn to it. The slash it leaves behind should have killed him. It didn't. That night, his father — his perfectly normal, forty-year-old dad — reveals the truth. He isn't just a man. He is Anubis, God of the Dead. And Alex? Is something the world isn't ready for. Now hunted by Set, God of Chaos, Alex must navigate a world of gods, power, and ancient war he never asked to be part of — all while desperately trying to reclaim the normal life he took for granted. Some bloodlines were never meant to stay hidden.
