Jax Wilder just wanted to earn five copper by picking carrots. Instead, a catastrophic UI glitch assigns him every quest in the world—from “Collect 3,000,000 berries” to “Defeat the God of Accounting” to “Deliver a letter to the moon in ten minutes.” The System then drops the real bomb:Fail even one quest, and he’ll be permanently deleted. Now drowning in a million overlapping objectives, Jax is forced into a desperate, hilarious race against time, bugs, and cosmic bureaucracy. Along the way, he gathers a chaotic party of misfits: a loyal wolf who thinks he’s an NPC, a rogue programmer-witch who can hack reality, a hyperactive quest addict, a vampire accountant with burnout, and a glitchy UI assistant who keeps making things worse. As the world begins lagging, NPCs malfunction, and mountains flicker in and out of existence, Jax discovers the truth: the entire System is collapsing, and someone—or something—is deliberately flooding him with quests. To survive, he must track down the mysterious Questmaster, stop a world‑ending memory crash, and somehow complete enough quests to stay alive. Packed with humor, adventure, and a world that behaves like a buggy videogame on the verge of exploding, Quest Log Overload follows one unlucky hero trying to save reality… while his quest log tries to kill him.
