The Neurochip

The story centers around the two main protagonists, Clark and Tommy. Clark is an ex-military private detective in the far future city of San Isidore in Northern Mexico, and Tommy is a teenager that he rescued. There's a strong psychological theme, as I examine how a character that would normally walk away, Clark, finds himself dragged into a mystery that he's not sure if he can solve. Along the way he encounters religious fanatacism, gang politics, shady business dealings, and the titular mcguffin, the Neurochip. I wanted to make a sprawling world where the characters have to make hard decisions, but they still have time to be people. I'm planning on Tuesday - Friday releases until the book is done.
