Goth Mommy, Bone Daddy: Life's a lich, Then you die [Book 2]

Modivar, the last light of salvation had done it. He had reached max level and saved the world. All it had cost him was everything he had ever known and loved.  Now he is cursed. He had broken his oath, and that oath was killing him. So instead of living out his life as a hero, he chose to go as far away as possible and spend the rest of his days the way he had originally wanted to: as nothing more than a simple potion seller. He found a village with no name, no buildings that were not run down. At his wit’s end, at the end of his life, with nothing but a horse that is quickly eating him out of house and home, he didn't expect to find Belladonna. He didn't expect to find love. He didn't expect to find a reason to live on beyond death. What started as a prank gone horribly wrong turned into a love story that would last an unlifetime. What to Expect This is a Romance LitRPG. Romance is the primary genre. LitRPG is secondary. This is not a harem story. This is about a monogamous relationship. This is a max-level story. The main character is already at the maximum level when the story begins. The MMC has already fought the final battle. He has already saved the world. Now he just wants to find peace while he grieves the cost of that. A max-level MMC who is exhausted, cursed, and dying A FMC who refuses to let him fade Romance is the central focus Emotional intimacy This version on Royal Road is safe-for-work.All explicit or “spicy” chapters are posted separately on my Patreon. Village building and found family Emotional damage and emotional healing A genuinely good man who will eventually become a good lich A fat horse who is smarter than everyone else and is unironically my favorite character I have written so far New chapters will be released on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
