The Presence

Everyone has a story to tell. On an old Oregon dairy farm, some stories outlive the people who lived them. A boy delivers a calf in the dark. Roger, the border collie, senses what his family cannot. An airmail pilot flies into a storm. A cougar wears two gold medals. A visitor from another world discovers love in a farmhouse kitchen. Their lives stretch across generations, but one woman has witnessed them all. She died in the farmhouse long ago and never quite left. The Presence watches without judging. When Imogene agrees to remember what the Presence has seen, the living and the dead find their place together in the stories of the farm. Come in. Stay a while. Some of these stories are waiting for you.
