This is the story of a little town in the Kobe region of Japan, and how the secrets it hid changed a young man's life forever. Kaiba, his brother Ryuji, and his childhood friend Mei discover the strange powers they have within them. Along with the dark past of their hometown. The three must forge their bond stronger then ever, if they are to combat the horrors their home faces, along with the rest of humanity. Kaiba Nakamura is a normal 17 year old boy by all accounts. He's got a girl he's crushing on, deals with homework, and goofs off with his brother. All except for one thing. Kaiba killed a man. And someone in his hometown knows what he's done, and isn't going to let him escape the truth. Kaiba has also begun to feel a strange power awakening inside him, along with his other friends. All these pile on to make one thing clear to the young man. He himself might be, but his life is far from normal. Not anymore.
