The perimeter broke on the 14th. The bridges blew on the 16th. By the 25th, there was no one left to broadcast. Two groups on two roads, heading east because east is where the mountains are. The question isn't whether they'll find each other. The question is what comes after the road ends. Dead Air is about the silence after the signal — what people build when there's nothing left to listen for, and what it costs to stay.
