Jacob Bentley should’ve been dead. But with an experimental procedure and sheer luck, he’s managed to survive into the far future. However, things aren’t the same anymore. The world is a wasteland. So much knowledge has been lost to time and destruction. And even worse, people like Jacob are killed for the ‘crime’ of ruining the world. The only ‘real’ advanced technology left is the DUST, a mysterious nanobot-powered system that allows Users to become more powerful at the cost of violence and danger. Other trouble looms too. Across the wasteland, vicious warlords known as the Tyrants are consuming vast amounts of territory, and won’t stop until all the known Badlands are theirs. As Jacob struggles to conceal his true nature, learn to survive in this brutal landscape and deal with a growing side job as a freedom fighter, the man will have to become strong enough to defeat the Tyrants or become just another blasted-out wreck on the side of the road. The Roads feel a new set of tires. The oppressed feel hope. The DUST Warrior rises. Features: Weak to strong (not OP); the MC will become able to hold his own, but still can’t face some threats head-on. Nanobot-powered SYSTEM + glitches & updates. No Harem. Mutants!
