Below The First Light

Sun was a god once. The God of Doubt, to be precise, a being who spent three thousand years questioning everything except the chain around his own neck, until the day he finally did. Now he is four years old, reincarnated in the tower he once served, carrying a strange seed from his previous life that he does not fully understand, and slowly realizing that nothing in this world is what it claims to be. The tower promises ascension, it is a cage with better lighting. The system promises power, it is a leash installed before you are old enough to question it. The God of Light calls himself hope and salvation, he is the greatest darkness Sun has ever encountered, and Sun has encountered quite a few. Follow Sun as he climbs a tower built on lies, dismantles the common sense mortals have accepted without question, and searches for the truth buried underneath everything since before the first dawn. Some gods fall from grace. Sun fell on purpose.
