In orbit around a distant gas giant, within a forgotten star system, a massive ship drifts in silence.
An ancient large vessel, was abandoned after a catastrophic battle that left thousands of fragments of destroyed ships scattered throug. For years, its damaged structure and dormant systems remained lost within the debris of a war no one remembers.
Then something awakens.
A partially damaged artificial intelligence core reactivates within the ship’s emergency systems. With incomplete memory and access to only a fraction of the vessel’s functions, the AI must begin again from almost nothing.
Minimal power.
Damaged drones.
Emergency reactors.
And a graveyard of shattered ships surrounding the gas giant.
To survive, the AI begins a slow process of reconstruction.
Each system restored unlocks new capabilities.
Each drone expands the reach of the ship.
And every piece of salvaged wreckage brings it one step closer to reclaiming its former strength.
As the AI slowly rebuilds the ship using the remnants of the war around it, a question begins to surface:
What truly happened in this system?
And more importantly…
Who destroyed the fleet that now serves as the foundation of its rebirth?
In the silence of an orbital graveyard, the Echo of Dawn begins to rebuild.
And with it, something else is awakening.
