Evolution of mankind didn't just happen in the matters of technology, but rather also in terms of biology. The Nausian syndrome, particularly associated with amplyfying the violent tendency of humans by 60 percent means wars are still persistent but instead of large scale, they are catered to cities alone. However the syndrome is believed to be more of a biolgical enhancement and not a matter of evolution itself... The Wars also just disappear suddenly, making them questionable at best...
