Long Live the Queen

In the royal archives of Astoria, a forgotten letter surfaces. Written by a long-dead king to his queen, speaks of a secret daughter he and his queen were forced to leave behind in a distant city across the sea. Intrigued and unsettled by the revelation, the current ruler, Queen Eloise, orders her head of security, John MacKnight, to investigate the truth behind the mysterious child and the lost heirs of Astoria. John's search leads him across the ocean and deep into a tragic family history. From the tragic death of the king's daughter, to the horrific murders and erasure of a family of four. The father, a district attorney, with his own family secrets, murdered in his car with a bomb outside their family home. The granddaughter and wife, vanished without a trace after successfully giving birth to a beautiful baby girl at home, but due to complications with the second birth, she was taken by ambulance but never arrived at the hospital. The trail then leads him to the death of an eighteen year old girl and finally to an arson case where amongst the bodies of 260 victims was the mutilated remains of a young woman with royal DNA.  Believing the bloodline was gone, Queen Eloise allows the story to be told publicly through a documentary titled, The Letter, revealing the kingdom's long-buried past to the world. But my story isn't over. I'm Jane Grey, aka Charlotte Watson. I was born in 1982 as Charlotte Bodie, the daughter of district attorney, Arthur Bodie, son of James Boudelaire, the last heir of Adonis. On December 23rd 1999 I died at 18, and became Jane Grey. This is my story.
