Jax started as a Ward. Now he must become a Warden. Jax grew up on the streets, surviving however he could, until a wealthy benefactor changed his life. After that man’s death, Jax struggles to reclaim his sense of purpose. Donning a mask as The Warden, he strikes from the shadows, facing threats that test his body, his mind, and his sense of justice. In a city where no good men remain, Jax must find his own way to do right with no one else to guide him. The Warden spans seven arcs, beginning with Year Zero, where Jax takes his first steps as the Warden, and continuing with The Heathen, in which Jax must question his beliefs when another vigilante rises in the city.
