I know we're all tired of stories where "it was just a dream, and none of it actually mattered." This isn't one of them. I promise. Seventeen-year-old Salvador is crumbling under the weight of his family’s expectations. When he finally sleeps, he doesn’t find peace, but is pulled into a surreal dreamworld where his mind is a battleground filled with a colorful cast of characters. Hunting him is the Hatman. To save himself, Salvador must journey through his dreamworld and eventually into the darkest Void of his subconscious, and confront this shadow. The cost of failure isn’t just a lost dream, it’s the loss of his waking self entirely. If he dies in his dream, he won't be waking up to the life he truly wants.
