The Crooked Road

On a road that winds through unsettled lands, strangers meet by chance, each carrying their own secrets and burdens. As paths cross and choices intertwine, the world around them shifts in ways both strange and dangerous. Old grudges, hidden motives, and unseen forces push them toward events that will test loyalty, courage, and the very nature of trust. In the end, even the smallest decisions can set the course of many lives—and sometimes the road has a will of its own. This is the story of five strangers who end up working together and trying to solve the mystery of a sleepy little town with more secrets than can fit in the shadows. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hi guys. First time writing a story that isn't for a school project.  What to expect: -DND style adventure -A slowish story that follows 5 protagonists -A t least three chapters a week (I will try, but I am a busy person so please cut me some slack) -Some strength progression, but not much What not to expect: -Romance (unless there is a large percentage of people who really want me to write some romance into this story, but don't expect a lot) -Insanely OP protagonists  As I said earlier, this is my first time. Please don't be too harsh and please leave me some constructive feedback so I know how I can improve.
