V (Vincent) was just a guy trying to survive Saturn City—until the night everything cracked open. During the first “impact,” the city lost power, panic spread, and people started showing up infected with something that didn’t act human anymore. In the middle of it, V lost his sister right in front of him. He fought back, got torn apart, and in the chaos an alien organism—a Zexenite—bonded to him through the injury, fusing into his arm and rewriting what he was. Now he’s a host: stronger, faster, healing unnaturally… and carrying a living thing that feeds on emotion and desire. The bond gives him a spectral arm and brutal power, but if his mind slips and his emotions take over, he risks Override—mutating into a monster shaped by whatever he wants most. The world around him isn’t much better. Saturn City is half-dark and half-running on scavenged generators. Markets pop up in daylight, curfews rule the nights, and nobody trusts anyone—because Zexenites can be hiding in plain sight. Some hosts try to stay human. Others break. White-tier infections spread through animals and desperate people, and the streets have started to feel like a feeding ground. Hunting all of it is the GA—“Guardian Angels.” They’re the closest thing left to law enforcement, and they’ve declared Zexenites a public threat. GA agents don’t bond with aliens like hosts do; they use Compliance—sealing Zexenite cores into weapons and forcing them to obey through discipline and domination. To civilians, they look like saviors. To hosts, they’re executioners. V ends up caught between both worlds: a wanted “Specter” to the GA, a danger to civilians, and a reluctant protector who can’t stand watching people suffer in front of him. He’s not chasing glory—he’s chasing enough strength to stop feeling helpless… and to find the little girl he saved, Nia, before the world—or his own power—takes the rest of him.
