Fangs and Fortune — Synopsis A snake is born in the Sunken Green, a forest where the paths loop and nothing stays familiar for long. No memories, no guidance, just a body that knows how to move and a tongue that reads the air. He survives. He learns. He finds books in the dirt and teaches himself to read. He watches humans cultivate and figures out, slowly and through a lot of failure, how to do something similar without a dantian, without a master, and without anyone knowing what he is. His name is Yan. He gave it to himself. This is a story about a snake that decided to become a dragon. It takes a while. No system. No transmigration. No cheat. Just a very patient snake and a lot of time.
