by Ghost of Obsidian
In a dying cosmos where even the Creator Gods are bound by an eternal, soul-rotting Curse, existence is a slow crawl toward oblivion. There is no sunlight, only a bruised, permanent twilight that feeds on hope. In this universe, the "curse" is the only thing everyone is truly born with—a unique, personal brand of suffering that grants power but demands a horrific price. The story follows a brotherhood of Broken Pariahs, anti-heroes who have long since traded their morality for survival. These aren't noble warriors; they are thieves, assassins, and fallen priests who carry the scars of Tragic Origins—families lost to the gods’ madness or spirits fractured by the very world they walk upon. Driven by spite rather than heroism, they embark on a journey to confront the higher deities. Their goal isn't to save the world—the world is already dead—but to find a way to kill the source of the Curse, even if it means extinguishing the stars and themselves in the process. In a realm where "good" is an extinct concept, these monsters are the only things left to fight the devils
