Raid bosses are not supposed to adapt. They are not supposed to remember. And they certainly aren't supposed to be casting abilities that permanently kill. On his sixty-eighth attempt, Zariel was one sword thrust from clearing Zantori Citadel when something pulled him out into an encounter with no name, no rules, and no survivors. Now he fights alongside seven strangers he didn't choose, against bosses that know his name, in raids that have begun to change between clears. Bosses are adapting. Raids are evolving. Zariel and his team must do the same. What to expect: - 3 chapters a week M/W/F - 2k words per chapter (some will run long) - An MMO world where raid mechanics are reality (no VR, no Earth, no log-outs) - Raid-focused progression with real consequences.
