Sainted Demon [Magic Progression meets Cultivation]

Powerful mystics rule nations. Sainted mystics shatter continents. Ascendant mystics split the heavens. Kaedius had big goals. Reach the imperial college. Learn their spells and acquire an elemental affinity to keep his sister safe. But after years of training, mystical flames still elude him. Desperate for power, he devises a plan to kill a spiritual beast and claim its power as his own. He gets halfway before demon-worshipping heretics raze his village. A sainted mystic finds Kae in the ashes and sees in him an ambition worthy of the secret method to wield multiple elemental affinities. Where a great mystic might master two elemental affinities, Kaedius must master five. He just needs to kill dragons, demons, and mystics to fuel this secret method. If he survives, Kaedius will have the power achieve vengeance and find his sister. Power enough to reach the heavens above.
