Heroes: The Anomaly

After a fatal truck accident in Ohio, a twenty-six-year-old man wakes up in 2006 as Zach, the "disposable" teenage friend of Claire Bennet in the world of the television show Heroes. Transmigrated into the town of Odessa, Texas, he is bound to a unique progression system: he is a human anomaly with no natural Evolved gene, yet he possesses Omniscient Awareness, granting him perfect meta-knowledge of the show's timeline and Evo-Sense to detect nearby powers. As he navigates high school life alongside an indestructible cheerleader, he begins using his Power Absorption ability—starting with a partial copy of Claire's regeneration—to prepare for the coming storm. From tracking the serial killer Sylar to dodging the memory-wiping "Bag and Tag" teams of Primatech Paper, Zach must use his knowledge to protect those the original writers forgot. While his Adaptive Resistance slowly learns to counter the dampening fields of the Haitian, Zach discovers that his very presence is triggering a relentless Butterfly Effect, turning his once-perfect map of the future into a dangerous, uncharted territory.
