The Fortress

It's the Second World War, the Allies have pushed the Germans back to the Siegfried Line, the Fuhrer has ordered construction of massive Fortress cities, stalling the Allied offensive by a massive degree, Oberstleutnant Karl Rumplehart of the 1. Fallschirmjäger and his regiment have been assigned to the half finished Fortress City of Aachen, serving as a placeholder till the 510. Fortress Regiment arrives. But things take a turn for the worst when one of the Fuhrer's Wonder Weapon projects goes haywire, turning clueless civilians and soldiers into zombies. Oberstleutnant Karl Rumplehart sets aside his differences and lets in elements of the British 7th Armoured and the American 2nd Ranger Battalion who had been sieging the city to no avail upon hearing of this disasterous new virus.  Follow Oberstleutnant Karl Rumplehart as he struggles to coordinate with the Allies to live through the apocalypse.
