Sons of the Father [LitRPG lite][Progression]

“Become what you once were. Become more. Become my Champion.” I am not champion material. My son knew it. My wife would have agreed, if she was still alive. My liver certainly had opinions about it. It wasn’t always the case, but a year crawling inside a bottle can change anyone. Thank God I had dropped Troy off at school before I crashed my truck. That certainly made waking up handcuffed to a gurney easier. Though it didn’t help the hangover. Or my ego.  Both were interrupted by aliens coming down and scooping up half the planet. My son included. If that wasn’t awkward enough, I woke up in some kind of insane game world. One run by an asshole of an AI based on my own personality.  The dungeon is brutal enough without the attitude.  The quests are insane, the NPC’s are worse. And somewhere amongst the chaos is my son, who I will stop at nothing to save. The same one that told me “I wish it had been you that died instead”. I couldn’t argue with that.  I just refuse to let that be the last thing he says to me. -------------- -  I will be releasing M - F for writathon until May 1st! After that consistent MWF release schedule! - Slow character progression: MC grows over time, makes mistakes, forgets things, and is generally human.   - Mix of humor, drama, and deep character development - Multiple POV with majority being first person centered on the MC - Over 205,000 words written, 60 chapters scheduled for release - Book one rough draft is finished with book two in the planning/brainstorming stages
