Nerezza read a story. A story of terrible people, doing terrible things, until they eventually destroyed the world. She kept reading for her beloved side characters, the ones who never had a chance. Just like Nerezza never had a chance. Who could have guessed that in death she would find herself a chance. A chance at freedom, at life at love. A chance to give her and her beloved side characters a chance.
