10 Billion in Debt? Demon King Mall? All I Wanted Was to Knead Some Clay

10 Billion in Debt? Demon King Mall? All I Wanted Was to Knead Some Clay

A man whose dying words were "Cancel... my AI girlfriend’s... sub..." woke up in another world—bankrupt and buried under a 10-billion-gold debt. All he wanted was the quiet focus of an artisan, shaping clay with his own two hands. Fate had other plans. A mana-less protagonist, a girl sculpted from clay, and a cast of eccentric misfits. The saga of a humble shopkeeper’s 10-billion-debt repayment begins now. [Characters] Kutani (Human): The protagonist. A dedicated pottery and Haniwa enthusiast. Lurudona (Clay Construct): A girl forged from sorrow and clay. She wears a Japanese-style maid outfit and has a mandatory "dormant phase" during the day. Igora (Mini-Golem): A tiny golem with a literal obsession for artisanal bread-baking. Scholy Apamis (Pixie): A tall pixie who spends all her mana on being a hardcore "stan" for her favorite idols. Pekka (Forest Mini-Dragon): A small yellow dragon with the gruff voice of a disillusioned middle-aged man. Gaddy (Water Spirit): A spirit who offers hydration with a gaze so earnest it’s almost unsettling. Limechart (The NEET): An OP magical girl who refuses to leave the confines of "The Room." Surakorou (Cube Slime): A square-shaped slime undergoing acupuncture to fix its rigid geometry and regain its "squish." [Worldbuilding] Demon King Mall: A predatory corporate dungeon. This mega-mall chain is aggressively driving every local mom-and-pop shop into extinction. Demon King Walmazon: The CEO of the retail empire who conquered the world 30 years ago under the banner of "Low Prices are the Only Justice." The Ancient Kilns: Personified avatars of legendary Japanese pottery styles. They are "retired" Heroes who failed to stop the retail apocalypse and now work dead-end gig jobs. The "One-and-Done" Hero Rule: Reincarnators get the "Hero" title for their first kill, but are mechanically locked out of defeating the next respawned Overlord. Witch Hildegardy: A legendary recluse busy with her own arcane research. Conceptual Horrors: Eldritch entities manifested from the collective greed and economic rot of the masses. They descend from the sky, inflicting AOE paralysis before they strike. [The Vibe] Surreal comedy and sharp social satire, balanced by moments of genuine character growth.
