Flightless Birds

Kanoa Jones is a ten year old boy trapped in a world where he is forced to fly in order to properly grow up, and fit into society. But he doesn't want any part of it. Perfectly happy and content to spend his days on the ground. It's not until he is diagnosed with Body Integrity Dismorphia, and begins treatment under a medication that will help him to accept his wings, does he learn the truth of who he is, and the corruption of the world around him.
