In a distant world, a new kind of people has appeared - the next stage of evolution, whose representatives possess superpowers. Society does not accept them, conducting inhumane experiments on them, and the latter decide that the world must belong to them alone. The head of the military Organization that has taken it upon itself to bring this goal to life is the most powerful person, who nonetheless suffers from a split personality; his second personality is an ordinary schoolboy. Will he manage to cope with this, and what will the new world be like?
