A crow is summoned into the physical from the astral realm. Forcing it to learn of the magical system that mortals/non-astrals use to gain power. This causes a flood of events to force a magical astral crow to come to terms that its love for this world and what is in it. Making one decision obvious, it must save it from destruction, at all costs.
