Witcher: The First Prototype

After a fatal collision on a frozen road, a modern soul awakens in a tomb older than the Northern Kingdoms, transmigrated into the body of the First Experiment. This prototype Witcher possesses the Primordial Hunter Protocol, a system that interprets his bio-engineered mutations as a progression interface. Unlike later Witchers, his body was designed with Nullification Mastery, allowing him to stifle the magic of sorceresses and monsters alike. He is bound to Ciri via a Ciri-Link, a psychic tether that lets him feel her fear and location across the Continent. In a random tavern in Novigrad, he realizes that his unique Mutation Refinement makes him the only creature capable of standing between the Elder Blood and the Wild Hunt. To survive the looming war, he must manage his Toxicity levels and navigate a world where he is a living relic of a forgotten age.
