Pulp magazine editor Anthony Grimaldi begins to recieve unhinged manuscripts from his star author Z.J. Muller. Concerned with his mental health, Grimaldi goes to visit Muller at his remote cabin in the Appalachia mountains of Pennsylvania. While stranded by a blizzard, Anthony digs into the muse of his eccentric genius and stumbles upon an unfathomable horror.
