She trained in her high school theatre club and specialises in playing villainess roles. She is summoned to another world called Gaia, where Humans are considered extinct and the land is ruled by two main races: Demons and Living Angels. People summoned from other worlds are called Aubades. They are brought either by the Living Angels, as Summoned Heroes who must defeat the Demon Queen, or by the Demons, as Witches, whose task is to stop the Heroes. Witch summonings follow strict rules. The summoned witch must be assigned female at birth, loyal to the Demon Queen, and willing to protect the Demon race with her life. An error occurs during Ivanna’s summoning because she's only socially transitioned. If the Demons discover that she was assigned male at birth, she will be executed. There are cases that have occurred before. Witches who accidentally summoned male Aubades were exposed and executed, as some Demons, such as Succubi and Lepidopteran Executioners, can detect the male scent unless the individual is wearing a special perfume. To prevent this, the Witch who summoned Ivanna devises a plan. Ivanna must earn the Demon Queen’s trust by passing the trial of worthiness that happens every decades. In this trial, candidates must prove they are capable of inheriting their Masters’ titles. Ivanna must utilise her acting skills to conceal her identity. However, her task becomes even more difficult as she is teamed up with the Slime Lord’s Daughter, a clingy girl who fell in love with Ivanna at first sight.
