Seven Days of Stardust

Kaito is a young artist who is "solid" in body but hollow in spirit. Living in a world of grayscale, he spends his days sketching the jagged, colorless edges of a city he no longer loves. He has all the time in the world, but no reason to use it. Everything changes when he meets Sayuri on a park bench. Shimmering like crushed opals and woven from morning mist, Sayuri is seventy percent gone. She has only seven days before she fades into the atmosphere forever. Despite her disappearing frame, she possesses the one thing Kaito has lost: a desperate, glowing love for life.
