In the 1800s of the States, a star fell upon the West and covered the land in darkness. After many failed attempts to investigate and reclaim the land, the Central Government soon reached a breaking point. In a desperate gamble, through conflicts and deaths, they would gather 18 individuals of different backgrounds, species, madness and purposes. Soon, their journey towards the West would unfold, a competition. Only one would be given the fate of claiming the Demon Lord's head.
