Ghost of the old World

A new vigilante named Ghost apears in the city of Balivan. Detective Karzen Talis is tasked with tracking and capturing this new threat. Little does he know that uncovering Ghost will change his life forever. The more he uncovers, the less the world he once thought he knew makes sense. All while Ghost struggles to adapt to this New world. Having to live with the knowledge that everything known and understood is lost. All while being chased by a man whose eyes change to gold... yet does not hide them.
