The Grave of Wishes

Instead, he was sent back 30 years to the past. Awake in his 17-year-old body, Raen was no longer the head of the Cult, the monster that made men tremble. He was a mere squad leader in an army led by a corrupt high command, surrounded by comrades who were destined to die. But this time, he had the mind of a veteran commander. Raen has no intention to save a dying Empire. To change his future, he must manipulate battlefields, uncover traitorous ploys, and turn his squad of misfits into something more dangerous than just soldiers. An assassin who was raised to kill without question, a barbarian from a different continent, a spy hiding in plain sight, and a one-man army. Each character is distinct, with their own secrets and goals.Competent Leader - A protagonist who uses everything at his disposal to win. Raen isn't good or evil, just a person doing his best to survive.
