Ruins of Time

The Trials have ended after [Trial 1263] and celebrations are rampant across the world of Draknir. With one of the two moons restored, people have put their fates and hopes in the statue of the person who had allowed this to happen, Zephyr Mor, the Coalescer of Elysium. The transcendent one who sacrificed his life to bring about natural order without the System's interference.  Yet in the throes of the Celestium, Draknir's main prison, lay a man curled up in the midst of timeless suffering in solitude. Zephyr can see what's happening outside, yet he can't interact, and neither can he call for help. He can only hope that his companions can collect the last piece that can truly end the System. Thus, when he's offered a contract by one of the Arbiters to rid him of his solitude and go back in time to correct any past mistakes. Who is he to turn it down? The catch? He can't choose at which point he goes back in time or how many times. Alternatively: To escape eternal solitude, Zephyr selfishly takes a contract, yet the contract's terms don't quite entail what he had desired and unveil a grave of lies that built the world of Draknir.
